  • The registration fee must be transferred to the bank account specified below.
  • The completed registration form and proof of payment must be sent to the Congress Organizing Secretariat via e-mail.
  • The congress registration fee includes the congress bag, name badge, final program, and certificate of participation.
  • VAT (20%) will be added to the prices listed above.
  • All registration fees must be paid to the bank account detailed below.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Services.
  • For cancellations made before January 16, 2026, 90% of the paid registration fee will be refunded after a 10% bank transaction fee deduction.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations submitted on or after January 16, 2026.
  • After January 16, 2026, only name changes will be accepted.
  • All refunds will be processed after the congress.

TRANSFER FEES

Round-Trip Transfer Fee (Airport – Hotel – Airport) 5.000 TL
  • The specified fee applies to round-trip transfers between Antalya Airport and the Congress Hotel.
  • Individual transfer requests will be priced separately.
  • Requests without completed payment will not be confirmed; all payments must be completed prior to the event.
  • VAT (20%) is not included in the specified prices.
  • Special transfer requests will be priced separately.
